All rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to 10% occupancy tax. 

Room rates include continental breakfast for two guests.  Additional breakfasts may be purchased for $15 per person.

Two-night minimum on weekends.  No Barriers rates are guaranteed though May 15, 2007 ; subsequent reservations are taken on a “space and availability basis.”  A credit card deposit is required to guarantee, and first night’s room and tax is processed upon booking.

All rates are subject to 10% occupancy tax. 45 rooms are being held for No Barriers until April 27, 2007; after that, they will be sold at the group rate on an availability basis. The group rates are extended to three nights prior and three nights after the FESTIVAL. Amenities include:  covered parking, private security gate, spas, sauna, complete exercise facility.

Transfer between Reno Airport and Squaw Valley

North Lake Tahoe Express

Transfer service between Reno Airport and Squaw Valley

Rates:  $35 per person, $60 round trip.

Squaw Creek Transportation

Transfer service between Reno Airport and Squaw Creek Resort -- hourly service between 4:00 am and 11:00 pm .  Flight delays past 11 pm will be charged $50/hour wait time.  Private Transfers can be arranged.

To book reservation, call 1-866-909-RIDE and ask for “No Barriers” rate.  (24 hour cancellation period applies.)

Transportation between Squaw Valley venues

Squaw Valley Shuttle

Complimentary Shuttle runs every half hour, 9:00 am – 11:00 pm,

between Squaw Valley lodges.

Transportation to Interactive Clinics

Complimentary accessible transportation between the Interactive Clinic Park and off-site Interactive Clinics is provided for those registered for off-site Clinics.  Clinic registrants will board shuttle at the pick-up location 10 minutes before the scheduled Clinic starting time.
