Dennis Malinis is the Disability Segment Lead for the Diverse Segments, Representation, and Inclusion organization for Wells Fargo bank. In this role, Dennis advocates for employees and customers with disabilities by consulting and partnering with internal leaders on enterprise efforts to position Wells Fargo as a globally progressive and leading advocate for people with disabilities, which includes creating a working environment for employees with disabilities where there is equity and opportunity for advancement, and by putting in place the structures to enable positive and accessible customer experiences.
Dennis has the Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies designation from the International Association of Accessibility Professionals as well as the Certified Scrum Master designation from the Scrum Alliance. His educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA in Finance, and a Master of Science in Information Systems Management.
Dennis resides in Minneapolis, MN with his wife Nicole and their three dogs Norman, Lily, and Bailey, as well as their cat Bessi. His personal interests include snowboarding and mountain biking.
