While he has many “tools” in his “toolbox”, he looks forward to learning new skills and practices to better manage his symptoms. Richard loves getting outdoors. He looks forward to connecting with a network of other veterans with disabilities in the outdoors. Richard knows that as the team establishes trust amongst each other, they will strengthen their Rope Team so that they may have an even stronger network in their time of need.
