Srin started his professional career as a corporate lawyer in the City of London at a leading global firm and received an MBA at the University of Oxford. At Oxford, he learned how to code in his bedroom and discovered his passion for making technology products to make life easier for people with disabilities.
He co-founded Accomable, a marketplace for accessible lodging, out of a love of travel and desire to solve the challenges he faced as he explored the world. In the last few years, Srin has done everything from scuba diving in Bali to a camping safari in Southern Africa, traveling in his power chair with his personal care assistant in tow.
Srin sold Accomable to Airbnb in November 2017. Since that time, he has moved to San Francisco to lead Airbnb’s global efforts to improve accessibility in travel.
In addition to his leadership at Airbnb, Srin is now a global ambassador for technology, entrepreneurship and inclusion. In recent years, he has delivered talks to the United Nations, U.S. Congress, the Paralympics and a number of leading corporations and NGOs around the world.
