General Purpose
No Barriers is looking for a DEI intern! Our team is seeking intern candidates who are passionate about universal accessibility and equity, believe in the power of diversity, and are interested in helping organizations expand inclusion across their culture and communities. Intern candidates who are knowledgeable about diversity, inclusion, cultural intelligence, equity issues, and accessibility, and are looking to learn more, would be a valuable addition to our team. This is a programming role within the Programs team that may include logistics and operations, research, program development, and special projects. The Program Intern may work with participants, partners, outfitters, sponsors, and program leaders in addition to No Barriers staff. The work of this intern will support the successful execution of camps, retreats, expeditions, events, virtual experiences, and/or online courses. This is an unpaid intern position with flexible hours and remote work possible. We are ideally seeking an intern who can work 5-10 hours per week from March to October.
