The Marketing Director is the key leader responsible for the strategic planning and execution of marketing, PR, brand management and communications for No Barriers. The primary goal is the increased engagement in No Barriers mission; building brand awareness and driving revenue. This includes measuring the return on investment for various programs, campaigns and marketing strategies. The Marketing Director will create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts new donors to fulfill our mission.
No Barriers seeks an enterprising Operations Manager with proven leadership skills who is a systems thinker and hands-on doer. The ideal candidate for this position is an effective project manager who loves leading collaborative work, while also thriving in the independent execution of details. This position manages operations related to business needs and programming to serve people with disabilities and caregivers. Property management responsibilities include Colorado facilities (mountain campus, warehouse, office) and assets (vehicles, gear, materials, supplies). Additionally, this position manages cross-departmental projects to create and improve operational systems and procedures, including to meet technology needs and ensure accessibility excellence. The Development Director is the key leader primarily responsible for strategizing, planning and implementing a coordinated fundraising program and the identification and growth of new revenue sources. This includes a strong focus on local and national fundraising efforts including areas such as: corporate partners, individuals, grants and events. The responsibilities include identifying, cultivating and soliciting donors, overseeing community partnerships, building networks and community outreach. The Development Director oversees a staff of two, which also includes responsibility for identifying tactics and overseeing and performing fundraising tasks. The Development Director reports directly to the Executive Director.
The primary role of this position is to provide participant support, coordinate program logistics and processes and assist with all phases of program implementation to serve people with disabilities and their communities. This key position works throughout the program season to help ensure excellence, safety, and meaningful engagement. The Program Coordinator works closely with participants, partners, outfitters, Program Leaders, and other No Barriers staff. This position may support camps, retreats, expeditions, events, online experiences and courses for a variety of populations including veterans, caregivers, adults with disabilities, and youth.
Come work with people of all abilities on a new challenge course designed by Tom Leahy at our mountain campus in Red Feather, Colorado! You’ll lead individualized and team building activities on this course designed for accessibility, with options to find the right challenge for each individual. Very strong facilitation skills are necessary for this position, which provides in-depth, reflective, and supportive challenge course experiences to people striving to break through barriers in their lives. This includes populations such as veterans, youth, adults with disabilities and caregivers. Strong interpersonal abilities, time management, problem-solving, attention to details and safety, sound decision-making, and technical skills are also essential.
This is an outdoor adventure, field programming role within the Programs team. The primary role of this position is to lead programs with participants in outdoor settings such as the No Barriers mountain campus located in Red Feather, Colorado, and at backcountry locations in Colorado and/or North Carolina. Activities may include hiking, rock climbing, mountaineering, high ropes challenge course, rafting, and/or paddling, in addition to facilitated discussion and reflection. Program Leaders are also responsible for logistics management and the overall care of people and equipment.
